Well I am not sure if the West Coast Leader Ship has been set up yet. If not What you need to do is Start a thread in the West Coast Chapter and Appoint Leadership!

As I recall Joey has left Local Leadership up to the Local Chaptes to decide.

Or you can PM Joey and ask the the questions

How far are you from the NW Chapter. I know they have done more northern meets to help with distances for members.

I live here in Ca about as west as you can get, and I don't work any more (disabled and on ssi) mass free time
