I just bought an 86 MarkVII, Wow what a car. I am in the process of dialing it in. Just finished coil spring conversion (to many problems with air suspension) Exhaust is next. Any way Where can I find the reset code for the keyless entry. Also wondering about where to get custom seat covers?

check on the left trunk hinge when you open the trunk the dealer combination should be right there

there is no reset code --factory code is on the side of the module in the trunk
hanging under the deck rh side by the speaker -- you can set up a user programable code but must have the factory code to do this -- see
other articles on this site on this subject --

Thanks, I never would have guessed. Mine is on the RIGHT trunk hinge, however. Took about 5 minutes to try looking there. It's 63241 and I keep the key in the ignition. You're welcome to steal this money toilet, it even has new front air bags and dryer.
Now how did that alarm get turned on and go off and how do I make it stop? I was at the windshield replacement place, the car locked itself, fortunately I have spare keys, but had to disconnect the battery to get the stupid alarm to stop. Took a while, too, very embarassing.
Thanks guys...
