I am going to repaint my mustang pedal car, and for the racing stripes I wanted to paint it guradsman blue. Dose duplicolor, or a similar brand make this color blue. If not is there a close second?

why not just go to your local autobody supply store, you can get a pint of paint for arounf 25 bucks or less depending on brand. and that way you can get the exact color!

You can almost certainly get a spray can of the real stuff at http://paintscratch.com/. I haven't priced Krylon or Duplicolor lately, but Paintscratch had very reasonable prices for a quality product.

IIRC, Viking Blue is relatively close to Guardsman Blue.
