Doesnt look like anyone has posted here for a while...but i reallly need to get ahold of ken so he can refund me my unrecieved items or get ford to actually go through with it. its been like 2 months now and im gettin really sick of sending messages and gettin no responce from him for a long time now.
anyone who can help resolve this i would greatly appreciate your help. Honestly if i can get a refund on them i would be one happy camper.

Did you pay with a credit card? You can get your money back by going through them.

ya i did pay by credit card. but i cant get him to reply to my emails to refund it for me...

That is the point; do a charge-back on the credit card.

k. im not familiar with a charge back. how do i go about doin this?

and the things is ive been in contact with him for about 2.5 months now. first thing that happened is ford said they no longer have that part in production so its gonna take about 2 weeks. k no biggie. then 3 weeks go by...and now they have lost the order. in the meantime Kens laptop broke and it took an xtra week to have him email them back. they then said, were still processing it...but it will be out later this week. its now been about a full month since that message in which and i waited 2 weeks b4 asking him again about it. and here i am another 2 weeks later....wondering where my mudflaps are as he is no longer responding to my emails.
thanks for the help guys appreciate it.
im about to go buy some heavy duty plastic sheets and just cut em the right size my self.

Call credit card company
Tell them transaction XXX was never sent/received and the seller is unresponsive

same here. i ordered stuff two months ago and nothing. no replies via email, no phone numbers to call

I ordered a LSE grille on the 13th. There is a number to call but all it says is that it is not open, and to leave a message. I paid with a debit card, i really need for Ken to respond so i can get my money back and go else where. I dont think i would be as frustrated with the wait as long as there was communication from him.
