Outside Temp sensor

Hope someone can help. I have a 2004 Aviator, the outside temp reads over 100 degrees even in cooler temps. It goes up as I drive. Does anyone know where the sensor is located? Thanks:)

From what i've been able to find, it's behind the bumper on the battery side and sits on the rail. Same as explorer. should be an easy fix.....
