Does anyone know how to check airbag codes on newer cars? Used to be you checked the pattern on blinks with the airbag light, then consulted your book of codes to decypher.

I have a 2007 Lincoln MKZ that I am redoing the bags on, and I'm trying to figure out how to make the airbag light go away. all bags are new, airbag module is reprogrammed, and new seat belts as well. Sensors appear good, but haven't been tested.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Week/old battery can make the air bag light come on. I read this on other forums too. I know it sounds crazy but you can give it a try.
