So below is a July Schedule.
Here are 3 weekends all weekends include open times where members could get time slips and race their cars or just watch.
July 15 Fri Fun Racing / HS Program 6pm -11pm
July 16 Sat Jr. Dragster 9-3pm/Street Car Brawl 3pm-11pm
July 17 Sun Fun Racing Open for all 9am- 5pm
July 22 Fri Fun Racing Open for all 6pm -11pm
July 23 Sat STUNTLIFE.com FreestyleFest 9am - 10pm
July 24 Sun MOPAR & Amc Festival 9am- 5pm
July 29 Fri Fun Racing / HS Program 6pm -11pm
July 30 Sat Jr. Dragster 9-3pm /Fun Racing 3pm-11pm
July 31 Sun Fun Racing Open for all 9am- 5pm

I think this would be the best day. The track opens at a early time, get there around open, this way we could get some runs in before it starts getting crowded.
Also since its just an open race day. I think this would be an ideal time, since we have the whole day, not just getting there around 3PM. That would be a bit of a waste.
Let's make it an LVC Bash at the Strip ! BBQ, BYOB, Bryan will supply the strippers, Bring all your friends !! :Beer

We'll let this thread get some a bit bigger and include more info on directions, time, and more information on the meet.
We can also set a place to meet up if some want to drive up there together.
Good to see we have some in interest, but I know there are atleast 20 other people up for this !

This is to be a weekend event with Camping, Socializing, and abunch of LvC fun.
If the 17th works for the Midwest then we will put this down as a Midwest event.
I want Dave (Jibit) the Midwest President to approve of everything first before we put it in granite, although I doubt that he will have any problems with this meet.
But as a Tentative plan we can set the 17th as the date! I will search out a campground near by. One of my best friends has the track in his back yard and we might be able to use his place if needed.
I will be posting more in the coming weeks.
