For a 94 - it can be in any condition, as I am going to paint it. Some wackjob cracked into my and broke a piece off of mine :(

Not sure what the piece is, but I was able to order some chrome tape from Tim Hanesworth [thanesworth@goldengatenorth.com] to redo all the chrome stripping on the car. Mine has faded and has a few wear spots and rips in it. It doesn't cost much but I wouldn't want to paint it.

unfortunately a large piece of the rear strip is missing now, so i have no choice but to replace it. I am going to paint it as i find it looks better along the beltline. i like my other chrome tho.

NO, THE STRIPPING YOU GET FROM FLEXCHROME IS EITHER TOO SHORT OR TOO THICK, DEPENDING ON WHICH WAY YOU WANT YOUR STRIPPING TO SUCK. THEY SELL .770 THICKNESS THAT IS 136" LONG, BUT THAT WOULD STICK OUT. THE .700 THICK IS OK, BUT IT'S ONLY 103" LONG, ABOUT A FOOT SHORT OF THE LENGTH NEEDED TO FIT AROUND THE BUMPER.
