Non Lincoln subject. Subject 1991 Cougar and converting the abs to standard brake

Can it be done? and if so can i get the details.

Pull the ABS fuse. Viola! Standard brakes.
then, remove the ABS light bulb.

Not necessarily if it is anything like the Mark VII and T-Bird, the accumulator and some of the electrical parts are unique and troublesome.
