it seems the display on my stock radio went by by. how do i get the stupid thing out???...PB

Take a small flat blade screwdriver and pop off the top air vent cover and the u piece that goes around the cigarette lighter and has the heated seats buttons on it. Then remove the 2 screws (8 mm I think) that hold on the cigarette lighter thing and move it out of the way. Finally, remove the 4 screws (10 mm I think) that hold the radio on.

thanks guys, thats what i needed. now that i have it out i realize what a mess it is to even try to get to the display controls. i'm fairly certain a loose conection is whats up because for a while it would come back on with a lil tap of my fist, but we all know anything that is fixed like that aint fixed long:)...pb
