That clicking noise is probably your cv joint. Minor repair for the most part.
As for removing the B-pillar I am not sure about that...

The B-Pillar can be removed. There are a couple of screws holding each one on. Just locate those and it should pop off.

There are no CV joints in the front, as it is a rear wheel drive car, but there are axle shafts in the rear due to the independent rear suspension.
Is the noise coming from the front?

Hi, Welcome first the noise in the front end may be a ball joint or a stabilizer likn. Both are notorius for failure. As far as the B pillar I also a small dent in my B pillar, also the paint was fading. I covered them with stainless inserts. They look really good. Unless the dent is really big, then you wont be able to caver it. LSKONSEPTS sells a carbon insert as well. You can check out the website.

Why not just cover them up with the B-pillar inserts from your website...quick fix, no more water spots...just a thought.

It is possible but it depends on the damage to the B-Pillar. It will not cover up severely damaged pillars that has dents and dings.

Thanks for the advice so far...
the noise is coming from the steering wheel its self. I can feel the knocking in my hands when it happens.
another strange thing happening....i feel a vibration/grinding in the pedal as i accelerate. More so in 5th gear and between 1000 and 2000 rpms. I don’t know if its me but it seems to be more prevalent when the gas tank is about quarter full or less. It doesn't happen all the time. When I fill up on gas I dont have that irritating feeling in the pedal....can anyone shine a light on whats happening?
and thanks for the help so far. you guys are great.
