I have a broken exhaust manifold on the drivers side. I think that I just want to replace both manifolds with headers. Where can I find some? :Bang

Need info....Lickwid April 3rd, 2005, 08:46 PM I have a broken exhaust manifold on the drivers side. I think that I just want to replace both manifolds with headers. Where can I find some? :Bang evillally April 3rd, 2005, 11:22 PM Go with the Kooks headers from www.supercoupeperformance.com Markviiiedrea April 3rd, 2005, 11:39 PM agreed! ONEBADMK8 April 4th, 2005, 01:16 AM Or wait until we have them at HUGE savings on the next LVC group buy. ONEBADMK8 April 4th, 2005, 01:16 AM Are you 100% sure its the exhaust manifold itself and not the egr tube? Santo April 4th, 2005, 09:32 AM Count me in.... let me know when Geno... DOHCtor_Mark April 4th, 2005, 12:50 PM And if you're looking for a more affordable alternative, I was shown the stock manifolds from the Mach I's and Marauders. They're worlds better than the Mark VIII and 96-98 Cobra ones and best yet, you get probably score them free. ONEBADMK8 April 4th, 2005, 04:26 PM They will not fit the Mark VIII. Markviiiedrea April 4th, 2005, 04:50 PM They will not fit the Mark VIII. how come, or they just wont line up? MrWilson April 4th, 2005, 05:58 PM how come, or they just wont line up? im going with, because its built on a thunderbird platform instead of a mustang, or panther platform. DOHCtor_Mark April 4th, 2005, 08:30 PM I dont see why they wouldn't. We put them on a bench side by side. I'd still get the long tubes or 3/4 tubes but, they're just a thought. Long tubes sounds wicked!!!!!!!!!!!! No exceptions. Lickwid April 4th, 2005, 10:08 PM Yes GenoI'm sure its the manifold. I had it on the hoist and could clearly see an 1/8" gap wrapped around the bottom side. But I need something quick. | |||||
