i recently bought the front license plate for my car and was trying to get it install but the lincoln dealership was trying to charge me $75 just to drill the holes( Dealer + Ls owner = RIP OFF ). So i just wanted to know does anyone know what type of drill to use and what size and how to install it so i can try to save some money

yeah, that $75 seems a little ridiculous. check ebay for a front license plate mounting bracket kit... you can get it for much less! i've seen them around. you can use any regular drill. and the mounting kit will come with screws to mount. just make sure to start with a drill bit smaller than the screws. if the screws wont go in, you can always make it bigger, but you cant make the holes smaller if they are too big!
you buy your car brand new or was it just bought from some lucky person who lives in a state that you dont need front plates?
