Its only happened 3 times since i've owned it. As soon as the car is started it will start blowing through the defroster vents on top of the dash. The climate control was off everytime this happened. After 30 seconds or so it would stop after messing with the controls over and over.

Bad CCM?

i'll assume that means climate control module..Is that the main unit under the h/u? Not to concerned about it as its only happened 3 times in 2.5 years..just curious.
