OEM Head Unit and Subs Question

I have a 2000 V6 Lincoln LS with sports package.

It came with a 6 disk CD changer in the glove box. I just got it, and I took my two amps and two subs from my old car and I want to hook it up to the LS.

My question is, can two aftermarket amps hook up to the OEM headunit? I don't think my CD player would look clean in there and I want to keep the 6 disk CD changer working.

I have 2 Solobaric S7L12's, an Audiobahn A1300HCT 1200 watt amp, and a Memphis 400 watt amp for the Mids and High's. I also have two 6x9's that I was thinking of putting in the 6x9 slots and possibly hooking them up the 400 watt amp, then getting this 200 watt amp I have and hook that up to the other 4 door speakers.

That has the sports package..?? But anyway ya you can hook up you amps to the factory head unit.. Just get a line converter from speaker level input to rca out.. I would strongly recommend one by AudioControl.. It will increase the voltage output up to 16 volts which is adjustable of course.. and would sound like it was coming from a high end head unit..
