111 - is usially meens "pass", but not this time.
176 - one time last 50 starts left O2sensor indicated lean. Nevermind, but maybe a dying O2sensor.
524 + 543 - Continuous Memory DTCs 524/543 indicate that sometime during vehicle operation, when the PCM commanded the fuel pump on, voltage was not detected on the power-to-pump circuit (through FPM, PCM Pin 8). Although DTC 524 refers to the low speed output (VCRM Pin 24) and DTC 543 refers to the high speed output, it is not possible to distinguish between circuits due to the vehicle wiring and fuel pump operating strategy. Possible causes:
-- Open in power-to-pump circuit between the VCRM and FPM splice.
-- Open in B(+) supply to VCRM (Pins 4 and 5).
-- Left HO2S short to power. (corresponda to 176 code, where the same circuit showed some trouble)

Enougth?

I would clear them and see what comes back.

so does this indicate that i have a failing vcrm or fuel pump ? or should i just not worry about it

marked8 said what to do to determine, whether it is a real problem, or a single thing. And don't think about the fuel pump - it's all not about it anyway. It's VCRM, PCM or O2sensor (left one).

i have cleared the codes and they came back the o2 im not worried about that i can fix readily enough just not sure what to do with the other codes. think ill get a new/used VCRM and swap it in to see if it still throws the codes and start there

Codes came out together - so I suppose the problem is the same for all codes. The only unit, affecting on all of them - is O2sensor. You can try a very simple thing - change in places left and right sensors (left to right and on the contrary, right to left). Of the lean code changes to 174 or 175 (something like that) - it's the O2sensor to have the problem and causes the two others.

thank you for your help ill try it today and see what happens.

That's the way it works: codes - explanation - some hand work - new codes and so on until the only code you get is 111 :)

so i switched the o2's and the same codes except the o2 code it is the 174 you stated so i need an o2 sensor

Yes, because it anyway having trouble. For shure, you can test all 4 wires for resistanse between them and body of O2sensor - must be at least 5000 Ohm or more. If less, or short-circued - that's the problem.
