What's the best way to go about this? Can someone give me a blow by blow?

Ask Sapperfire as he removed mine from the 97 in under 15 minutes for both sides. They are super easy it seems to pull out. Remove the inside plastic trim (ya know the part that hides the speakers and runs from floor to ceiling?), then take out the 10 nuts and push the window out. You MAY have to cut the seal but Jeremy didn't on mine as it just came away. Very easy to do my man. :)

Perfect thanks. I need to replace a window on my new Cordovan CE I am picking up on Saturday.

To remove inside quater trim panel, you will have to remove also 2 plastic trims (upper and lower of the door opening from the inside) by pulling them, lower end of seatbelt, rear seat cushing and back.

I got that part. Just concerned about the glass itself.

take off all the 8mm nuts that actually hold the glass in, and push out on the studs. There is a little sealer holding in the glass, but is not urethane and they come out pretty easily without prying on the outside of the car.
