If you look at the detailed news releases, you they get more in depth w/ the fortified 5.4L v8 (450 hp/450 tq), t-56 6 speed, solid axle - 3 link suspension w/ 3.31 gearing, Brembo brakes, etc.)....
Hopefully it will be affordable...

I think it looks awesome.

JoeyLincolnMK8 May 27th, 2005, 09:50 PM i got the new issue of MM&FF, they had a good article on the GT500. that thing is going to quick! too bad for ford is that in 2 years they are going to find out that parts are going to break in that car, just like how parts are breaking in the Ford GT. i read that the team leader of SVT fired like 8 people cause they had too many things breaking down....lol.

Ford fixed the problem. Jay Leno, who owns a Ford GT, said the following in the June 2005 issue of "Automobile":
"I was pleased that Ford was so conscientious about addressing the problem-the repair took only one day."
The new Mustang has great quality for the money and for being a new car.
