There's plenty in the junkyards, they share the same button as other models, you just might have to take the holder apart and remove the button and put it in yours. surfaaron March 25th, 2005, 11:00 AM There's plenty in the junkyards, they share the same button as other models, you just might have to take the holder apart and remove the button and put it in yours. Do you know what years would be the same? I am having a hard time finding lincolns at junk yards in Washington. :Bang Thanks for any info. WALT April 15th, 2005, 10:09 AM I have one in a spare overhead console that fits in my 91 mark VII that the compass quit in -- I do believe that they were the same from 85-92 If you want it let me know -- Walt - Tallman910@aol.com surfaaron April 16th, 2005, 04:14 PM I have one in a spare overhead console that fits in my 91 mark VII that the compass quit in -- I do believe that they were the same from 85-92 If you want it let me know -- Walt - Tallman910@aol.com I would really appreciate it if you dont need it. Atleast compared to the one without the switch. Jibit May 5th, 2005, 10:45 AM ford uses that same switch for multiple vehicles. It may not be in the same housing but the switch is the same. That's how I replace mine on my '90 VII. I got it out of another ford with a moon roof (don't remember what it was, might have been a T-Bird). So basically just remove the switch and use the same housing. | |||||
