He sent some parts out and then realized he had quoted people too cheap and decided not to ship out the rest of the parts he owed to people because he had already spent the money they had sent him and didn't have any money to ship it with. Also the paypal claims will only draw money out of his account if he has a positive balance. So if he has taken them out and put them into his bank or spent the money, then paypal will not be able to payout rewards for a claim win.

But it is first come first serve, I have been scammed a few times and both times paypal sided with me and I got lucky enough that the guy had positive funds in his account, though one time I could only recover about 90% of what I was out, still a good record though.

Ouch. I've been to jail for dui 3 times. Sucks. Last time I was in 23 hour lockdown for 10 days. Apparently they wanted to teach me a lesson. I was out on bail for one dui when I got pulled over again. False name/dob, driving after revocation, open bottle, list goes on... and on top of that I guess I can be a real prick in the booking room lol.

Same here as well. I got a dui and probation its a Beeeotch to deal with. Sucks that all this went down in the middle of all of these transactions.. Damn man that sucks, I haven't been in trouble for a DUI before but I was involved with the system for almost 2 years so I know what you're going through. I'm glad to see you came back to try and get this resolved instead of saying f*ck it and not coming back. I do believe the people that sent out threats to your family went too far and they owe you an apology as long as things are corrected.
