ok what type(not Brand) of antifreeze do you use? what type(not brand) can you use? what are the benefits of one or the other?

Yes, back when we used to have "Turbo Tune" back in the 90's and did GN's exclusively. Works great, just a little pricey and if you get any water contamination its over.

Just the regular green ethylene glycol type always add a system conditioner to elliminate electrolisis, remove dissolved oxygen and lube the water pump bearings.
