Does anyone know how to replace door sensors? my rear left door of my DTS has failed..... The window will not roll down the door will not unlock remotely and the warning message says the door is ajar..........it still under warranty however if I can replace it for less that 200 dollars I will do it myself.

Im not sure where they are but on my 93 Brougham they're in the door latch. I had one stick one time and sprayed some oil in there, smlammed the door a few times and it's been fine ever sense.

A little bit of wd or white lithium grease or velocity grease jell( the best) are some options u can try just spray in the latch and open and close the door a few times. Works great for us lincoln guys prob work great on your caddy, only had to do it once on the mark fine since I was so happy, good luck.

Did the lithium thing on my Lincoln and worked out well. Don't know why that is causing your window to not roll down though????? May be two seperate issues.
