Ran into a problem with my 95' a few days ago. Engine over heating, only cold air from the heater. My thinking, thermostat. Spent four hours changing the damn thing and I've still got the same problem. Any thoughts on what's wrong. Thanks.

you need to make sure that all the air is purged out of the system .mark's and cont's are real bad about traped air cousing over heating problems after replacing the the t-stat

Cold air from the heater has always pointed to LOW coolant. But since you replaced the t-stat, you NEED to bleed the air out of the system.

Thanks gentlemen. I'm in medicine so I know how to bleed just about anything... except a radiator. I know there's a small valve at the bottom of the radiator I used to drain it before working on the thermostat. What's the best way to go at this?

In the front of the engine compartment above the water pump is a metal tube with poly hoses connecting to each side. It has a round plug for bleeding , hope that helps.
