Traction Control/ABS problem

I had my new '98 LSC at the dealer for the cruise recall so I had them pull the ABS codes since I have an ABS light and Check Traction Control light. They said it was the left rear sensor. I took the sensor off my '94 and replaced it on my '98 and it still has the lights. Are the Gen2 sensors different?

93-97s are the same, 98 sensors are different........

not only are 98 sensors all by themselves, but they are obsolete too. you will have a very hard time locating them. you should have looked closer when you swapped there is a large physical different in the size of your 98 pick up vrs the 93-97 abs pick up.
