Since I purchased my car I have never noticed that my engine will not rev over 3000 rpm, dont know if that how Lincolns are or is it that my car has been fixed since it used to be a politicians vehicle and used for fleet or as a limo service.
Thanx for the replies in advance fellas :feedback

It is limited to 3000 RPM when you are in Neutral so you cannot over-rev.
The SCT Flasher has defeated this limit.
