Is there anything available for the 93 Mark viii? Handheld wise? or chip or possible have someone tune a custom chip...is there any real gains? Is it worth it or should i hold out for other mods first then do a tune...

also why do guys upgrade to a higher volume fuel pump on a basically stock engine?

i searched around but lets face it, sometimes fresh info is nice as well..maybe someone new or someone else has figured something out new or better...i quit searching as 2008 posts started haha

SCT chip is the only viable option IMHO.

They can be had on ebay for around 100-150
Then have your favorite SCT dealer burn a tune onto it.

IMHO there is way way more to consider than performance gains...

There are alot of transmission functions that a good tune will address and those functions will increase the durability and lifespan of your 4R70w.
A tune does not make your trans bulletproof but does take out alot of the BS crap lincoln did to make it smooth and silky shifts at the expense of longetivity.

IMHO longetivity should never be compromised to address NVH.
