Where can I get them? Would T-bird ones work? I called super coupe performance and asked about the ones they have for T-birds and cougars. The only reason they don't list them for the Mark VIII is that they haven't confirmed weather or not they will work. Is there something unique about our bushings?

Stock replacement Mark VIII Rear LCA bushings are not available. The Thunderbird bushings will not work.
Some have used Poly Bushings made for the IRS Cobra, but at best, it's a hack job.
As far as I know, I'm the only one on the planet that makes any.

Is there a loss of ride qualify with these? What are the benefits/drawback with poly?

The ride's a bit firmer with my Delrin Bushing Kit, without a increase in NVH that I've detected. But best to ask others what they think, Driller (http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=60220&highlight=Delrin) for one.
I won't comment further on the poly, as I think it's a waste of time, but you can do your own research. You can probably find info on TCCoA.com
