Is your traction control noisy when active ? Mine is. Is this normal or should I get it checked out ? Thanx 4 any help!!! :feedback

The TC in the 98+ Conti sucked for me. I always turned it off. The shift from 1st to 2nd jumps forward and burns alittle rubber while activating the traction control so I'm not doing as well in my stop light specials if you know what i mean...
