Thunderbird officially dead. Will Lincoln LS follow soon?

On March 10th, Ford officially announce the end of the Thunderbird....sad to see it go!

Since the T-Bird, Jag X-type., and Lincoln LS share the same foundation, do you think the Lincoln LS is to end soon? I sure hope not!

2006 may be the last year for the LS. My gut feeling is that they'll introduce a new version of the LS on a FWD platform. If they do I'll never own another Lincoln.

I went to the Chicago Auto Show in Febuary and lincoln had the 06 LS on display, and they also had brochures for a new, more muscular looking LS replacement. I can't remember the name of it, but it was also coming out in either 06 or 07. Looks cool, and it's rear wheel drive
