Not unless you have rubber arms that are 4 ft long lol. Bumper cover has to come off to get to the 5 or 6 screws that holds it in at the bottom of the grille. Getting the bumper cover off don't take more than 20 to 30 minutes taking your time.

I have a lot of this and it's in real good shape but it smells a bit smoked. Not burnt but it just has that heavy smell like it will never come out. All the seats, visors. The dash was melted a little.

I have already committed to buying a complete black interior from a member here, and will most likely wait until the spring to piece everything else together.
