Saw one today, it had 182k on it. She is a 97 LSC Black with grey interior. She was already coil converted, but the only things beside a good cleaning and brightening those headlights was the steering wheel would not teeter up an upward direction and the price. I wasnt paying almost 2900 for her. Dude told me to make him a good cash offer and we can talk. Then I had to hear it from the wife who doesnt like Lincolns at all. I would not mind stepping up to a 2nd gen, but i hear they are slower than a gen 1. Any opinions? Because I am not sure how much a jasper engine would cost and I dont know if anyone will buy my car as is so I can get this Gen2 should I go that route. the one has been on for a while, so it might be less. One is the RARE 1999 model (?) so that seller has no idea what he's got-and that is dirt cheap anyway. The red one might be a bargain since he's asking $1200 and would probably take less. On the wife issue, buy her a (Chrysler) minivan, then she'll wish she had a Mark to drive. The brother-in-law who loves Chevys will just have to be spanked with whatever Mark you can find for less than $2000 including necessary fixes.
