How do you make them roll down

Hold the unlock button for 2+ seconds.. They will start to roll down.. (the moonroof will open as well)

just hold the 'unlock' button on the key fob for 2secs or turn the key in the door to unlock for 2secs

if you have the key in the door lock you can raise and lower the windows by turning and hold for 2 secs either direction.
