I have a 2000 V8. My rear struts are about done fer. I thought I'd ask around here before I order some. I have an electric radiator fan with shroud off an '03 that I would trade straight up if interested.

Anyone have a good pair of rear struts to sell?twinbopilot November 20th, 2009, 08:31 PM I have a 2000 V8. My rear struts are about done fer. I thought I'd ask around here before I order some. But you know what I mean. gcwimmer November 20th, 2009, 09:30 PM Point taken. But you know what I mean. Then you must know there are three different shocks for the Lincoln LS and it would be best to match front and back so knowing what you now have would be helpfully, if you can't match then look for four of the same. twinbopilot November 20th, 2009, 10:47 PM Its a base V8, not a Sport. What type of shock would this normally be? TDUB November 21st, 2009, 02:35 AM Its a base V8, not a Sport. What type of shock would this normally be? Yours is going to be the base one. It goes base, sport, and euro. Euros didn't come stock with any LS that I know of (but I could very well be wrong on that) but they are the firmest you can go with. Sport is obviously next in line and the base ones offer a much "softer" feel. gcwimmer November 21st, 2009, 11:15 AM There are two different sway bar's to match the shocks, standard and sport that also are used on the euros. | |||||
