Magnaflow Sounds

For those who have the magnaflow cat back for the 3.9 L, what would you compare it sounding to? I've heard it's not a really a muscle-ish sound, but its a deep v8 sound. Any Comments would be helpful.

I thought Magnaflow was a raspy sound. . .

I would agree to them being a little raspy but I have a V6. The sound from inside the car at speed can get annoying.
