Sooo... 99 and up contis have them correct? Are they worth it (functionability) and could they support a blower? And what other changes would need to be made?

The heads do bolt up but it's not a straight swap. A couple guys have done it. IMHO after what parts will probably end up costing you and the time involved it's not worth it for stock heads/cams/intake. slickemhoundd September 22nd, 2009, 01:40 PM from what i understand contis didnt have imrc either 99+. But with a strong bottom end and these heads theyd handle a eaton easily right, then whipple? :D Rich88LSC September 23rd, 2009, 11:22 AM C heads don't have IRMCs but some(if not all) C head Contis have a B head style intake with adapter plates to mate to the C heads. 03+ intake ports are a little different but AFAIK you should be ok. na svt September 24th, 2009, 02:21 PM 99/01 heads and 03/04 heads have the same shape/dimension intake port entrance, the shape of the port however is different once you get beyond the entrance. The exhaust ports are different, 03/04 ports are larger and rectangular in shape.
