i dont know about the caddy, but next to it is a late 77, 78, or 79 Trans Am with a 400 block. as for the caddy, ill have to guess it as a 55...because the little nubs on the bumper are all chrome...and i believe after 55 gm made those rubber or somthing like it.

I cannot identify the car but that license plate is English, well Scottish to be exact.

English license plates include a code letter for the year of vehicle manufature, these code letters were first issued in 1963. Scottish license numbers are usually only issued to imported cars as an "Age related number" when the car was made before 1963.

I'm not sure, but that's definitely not a bumper. It's a battering ram. And the wheel has been swallowed by the enormous fender.
