I know it's been done before. I'm not sure if it's really custom or hard to do. I'm going to have them off soon for a speaker install. Anyone care to chime in?

Thay don't match up at all. Thats why I didn't do it. I learned the hard way. I just used the chrome trunk button and the chrome handles and that was it.

i just may be...a little. I like the way it feels when you rest your arm on it. If i could trade out some chrome and trim, it would be much better

The plastic on a GEN II door reminds me of our old 1996 Sable. Same stuff, even the door light is from a Taurus/Sable. Not bad, but the GEN I stuff is way better.

Geno jesus christ, that looks so good I thought it was a Gen 2. That's what I had in memory when I made this thread, I wondered why you said you didn't go through with it!
Details on how to fix it up?
