No it isn't a dealer only clock. It's an officially licensed Lincoln item. I have one in my office at work and it's pretty damn cool.

Oh cause I remember at my Dad's dealership they had cool ass Lincoln promo clocks, like 4 total and you couldn't get anymore. They we so badass. I never saw them again.
