first it flashes a few times (5-6) than just stays on. anyone had this happen?

5-6 is the code it is throwing. I don't know what they mean though, Could be a abs sensor, or the clock spring in the steering wheel.

yeah happened to mine. Probably need to have the sensor replaced. I drove around with mine on for about a year til I traded it in.

Im driving like that now as well, but didnt they make u fix it for safety reasons before the trade in? so it is an ABS sensor?

go 2 the dealership and they can tell you where the problem is. My guess is it is a faulty sensor.
