Need Inside Help: Headlight Beam Positioning

Ok so my older brother installed my HIDS. Both sides work correctly without any problems. But i noticed that the right side beam is focused higher than the other. It seems like it could be blinding. I tested the lights on my garage, and the right side's focus is considerably higher, almost by a margin of a foot or 2. My brother is in hawaii now and now i have no resources really to consult with.

So can you guys help me out? Is there a switch in the headlamp that can determine the position of the beam? Gah im so stumped right now.

The aligning procedure is outlined in the Owners Manual, if you don't have an owners manual you can down load it from TECH ARTICLES at the top of the page next to SEARCH.

Yeah the procedure will give you a specific height measurement up the wall to draw a line, and a specific length measurement from the wall to draw a line. Then you adjust the beam to align just below the line on the wall.
IMO best thing to do is just drive down the road in the dark and adjust the lights yourself to were you like the headlight aim.
The inspection requirement here is -2*, which absolutly sucks, but it might be different were you are.
