My dad tried for 3M TA3 but the DMV wouldn't pass it. As you know Utah is full of mormon's aka "latter day saints" so his truck plates are NO SAINT. He had TOO FAST on the Mach 1 but when he stopped registering it he decided to put it on his Windstar lol.
