Im about to install the wood grain trim pieces over my existing trim that is tore up due to a previous owner leaving a dog in the car to scrape it up. I will take pics, but for some reason I've never got any pics to post here. Wish me luck! :V

Don't do it. I spent 1/2 a day with a heat gun removing some aftermarket trim packege from my mark. I will eventuually have to sand some of the areas because of the damage to the interior paint the gule left behind.

It's done, wasnt too bad, only had 1 piece that didnt bond quite right, but some super glue will fix that. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the absolute worst piece of crap ever, I would put this at a 7. I have pics, but like I said I cant get them to post, they are always too big. As for a tech article, I dont think it's all that involved. My hints are use a bottle of rubbing alcohol on all surfaces to ensure all Armor All is off, and if possible get ahold of some adhesive promoter of some kind, because I only got 2 packets. Make sure your hands are REAL clean.
I got this item from ebay, paid $120 shipped. I was not happy with the shipping, I paid for it on the 3rd of Feb and got it today. I realize I'm in Hawaii, but 18 days is too long. The pieces are real wood, and look nice. If Joey will give me his email addy, I'll email the pics so he can post them.
