I would drive it. Doesnt look too bad if you ask me. Could use some touch ups here and there, but kinda cool.

I'd drive it for cheap. Cool alternative to a pickup truck, especially for someone who never carries anything very large.

Looks better than the Lincoln Town car I saw with the back end turned into a BBQ grill and steer horns on the hood.
