I have a pair of Hid ballasts from a 98 ce mark viii.
what do you think i could get for them on ebay?
they have about 28,000 miles on them.

Depends, for the pair I would think you would get more than $100, but I would have to see a picture.

In my experience lately, you can easily get $100 for each unit. A unit meaning one ballast, one working bulb and or one headlamp housing(lens). A ballast with working bulb and headlight housing can easily fetch $300. Complete sets for Gen1s are getting premium prices now, just slightly below wholesale pricing.
