should we buy a new avic then? i have the f90.. what all is new or different on this unit?is it just software?

I don't know what they changed on the new F series. I'm thinking mostly software upgrades to fix a lot of the bugs. Other than that, I can't see nothing else. It basically looks the same. Now the Z series I read they did away with the 30gb hard drive. We'll just have to wait and see. I have the F90Bt also but I seriously don't think they did anything that will make me go out and upgrade. We'll see though.

do u think if i upgraded to the new z that i could use existing wiring?

Don't know but I don't see why the wiring would be different to begin with. You thinking about going with the Z series now?

ya bigger screen.. i never use the blue tooth anyway.. and if the nav is internal still it would be a better option for me i think.... they should have the bluetooth built in i think..

I would like the bigger screen also. Maybe someone can hack the software out of the new F to put in the old. That'd be sweet
