Alignment Question

Yesterday, I changed the front Air Sturts, Upper control arms, Stabilizer Links, and ball joints. The whole nine yards. Lots of $$. Well, after the installation, I went to Sears Auto Center to get it aligned. The mechanic told me that the rear upper control arm bushing had play in it, and I will see wear in my rear tires. He set the front wheels, but I didn't get it aligned. Do I now have to replace the rear control arms next? Anyone with some experience with this?

I work at a sears. and yes you can aligne it you can aligne any thing but it will not stay in speck long. so yes they can but there is no point since you will be back and they will not give you any warinty. Iv been ther not with my markVIII but my dads miata had one bad front end and it was one thing after another. in my advice get it fixed it is cheaper than 2 sets of tires and fixing it later also play is no good.

Make sure it is a hunter some shops are still on some old sh it!!!!!!!!!! and make him awere that the AIR RIDE is on when he does it

No, you do not have to have to replace the rear control arms, the bushings on those are replaceable. What I would recommend though is to purchase a set of polyureathane bushings instead of the factory rubber ones though. That is if I were you. You can purchase the factory bushings if you like, but the poly are WAY better and last WAY longer.....AND will give you better performance in the long run.

You can get them from MN12 Performance (http://www.mn12performance.com), and while you are at it you may want to get the carrier bushings as well while you are there. :Beer
