i want to buy the CAI kit for my lincol ls 2000 V8.
i know i will need the Tube and true rev induction kit.
But would it also be good to purchase the MAF adapter? that goes on the outsife of the "butterfly" valve, correct?
and will i need to order any other adapters to go onto the vacuum lines?
could i purchase them from you?
and also adapters to go onto the filter housing and other side (MAF)
could i order them from you?
and could i get them in red if available from you?
i am looking forward to ordering as soon a possible so a quick reply would be excellent.
please give me a list of things i will need to complete the job and if possible part numbers of the described items above. thanks.

You're putting way too much though into this..... Just buy the intake tube and the filter from LS Koncepts and you'll be set.

Stop there, youre done

you're confusing yourself. The MAF is right next to the filter. The butterfly valve is a slang for throttle body or more specifically the name of the valve inside the throttle body. The MAF adapter is so you can fit a cone filter on the plastic housing of the MAF. The true rev sport indction kit comes with one of these already and I believe its silver. I know its aluminum. It has nothing to do with the TB.

you may have to switch to a rubber cooling hose for each line. Its really easy to do just use one of the stock conectors for the motor side and a hose a clamp for the intake side. If you do this you will need a uni coil type thing to help make 90 degree bends without kinking the hose. After saying all that, the stock hard flex hos may fit and you just need to clamp them on. Either way its very easy to solve on the fly and if you have any issues after getting the part the support on this site can make it work for you with no issues what so ever.

This is the MAF adapter you previously asked about. It will come with the KKM filter stuff. You can paint it red if you really want, but most of it will be hidden.

You will not need anything other than tools. We don't furnish those! ;)
