I have a 99 Deville and i am looking for a drivers door mirror. What other years of Cadi mirrors fit? I have been told 97-99. And anybody know where to get one cheap??

I actually saw that mirror on e-bay, maybe its my eye but that mirror looks like a passenger side mirror. Is that my mistake?
