Is it possible to put a 02+ touch screen into a 00 sport, and how much would it cost

anything is possible....

however many folks have asked (the headunit pop up on e-bay once in a while) - no one has done it yet. The wiring harnesses would not fit at all - so you would have to completely cut and splice.
