Cigarette lighter fuse

I just got a 1996 Mark VIII but don't have the owner's manual. The cigarette lighters do not work and I was just wondering what number fuse runs the lighters. Thanks

theres 1 lower drivers side lower dash, but the lighter fuse is under the hood

Where under the hood is the lighter fuse? Mine don't work either.

Theres another fuse box under the hood, drivers side

The fuse panel your looking for is on the LH end of the dash. Open the drivers door and you'll see the cover for it. The fuse for the lighter is a yellow 20 amp in cavity #8
